F.A.Q

“Frequently Asked Questions”

#1: What do you use to draw?

For traditional art I use a combination of Sharpies, colored pencils, Prismacolors, and sometimes acrylics.

For digital art, I use an Intuos Pro drawing tablet, and mostly work in Fire Alpaca.

#2: Where can you buy dino masks?

If I had a nickel for all the times I’ve gotten this question I would never have to worry about bills again…

You can purchase a dinomask from Target, Amazon, and sometimes Ebay. Other sites are 9/10 times a complete ripoff scam and you WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR

#3: Are you a furry?

Simply put, yes. But being a furry is only a small part of what makes me who I am. Consider reading more about me in the About Me section of my website.

#4: What material are your fursuit eyes made from?

Vinyl aida mesh, painted with acrylic paint, then I seal it with matte Mod Podge matte spray. The 3D edges are designed digitally and printed using my 3D printer.

#5: Can you draw/make species other than dragons?

Yes. I can usually make just about any species I put my mind to.

#6: Where do you buy the dino masks you made Vega from?

Target if you are in America, if not, you need to look on Ebay or Amazon.

#7: What species is your fursona?

My first fursona, Winza, is a dutch angel dragon. The species was created by Ino89777 (otherwise known as Telephone).
Kashika is my second sona, and she is a Jaquin. A species from Disney’s Elana of Avalor.
And my Truesona, Vanora, is a Seasky Dragon.

#8: Did you base your name off of the Egyptian queen, Nefertiti?

I actually didn’t. I’ve always loved documentaries, so when I was very young I must have watched one about the Egyptian queen, heard the name, and it sat in my subconscious mind until I chose to create my character/moniker. At which point I adapted the spelling of the name into my own unique version of it.

#9: Are you a member of the LBGTQIA+ Community?

Yes. I identify as Asexual. This means I do not feel any sexual urges or attractions. I can still feel love and show affections, but the lewdness doesn’t affect me.

#10: Why did you choose to become a furry?

I had always loved the creativity and character designs within the fandom, but I didn’t choose to be a furry till about 2016. I wanted to be more involved within the community, and it was a hobby that lead me to making fursuits. You can read more about my journey of becoming a furry in the about me section.

#11: How often do you open for commissions?

Usually 1 to 2 times per year. Though it always varies depending on my current work load and how much available time I have.

#12: Can I request a specific tutorial?

Yes. However recording and editing tutorials takes time. So please consider supporting me on Patreon so I can continue sharing my knowledge with all of you!

$13: Do you do free requests?

No I do not.

#14: Can I make you fanart?

Absolutely! Though do keep in mind my rules regarding fanart.

+No sexually explicit fanart

+Do not trace others work

+Do not make fanart expecting it to be featured. I do not share fanart done intentionally to garner a popularity funnel

#15: Do you sell items in your shop?

Somewhat yes. I offer ref sheet bases, 3D models, and VR assets. As well as premade parts and fursuits. And now I even have some merch too!

#16: Where do I go to buy fur?

A few places I would recommend are:

Howl Fabric | Big Z Fabric

#17: Can I send fanmail/gifts to you?

Yes! I have a PO box you are welcome to send things to.

Brittani Stumne (Neffertity)

PO Box #6

Pahrump, Nevada, 89041

United States

#18: I was just wondering how to know when your commissions would be open for the bundle items?

Excellent question!
Since bundles include multiple items, they work a little differently. When commissions open, the buyer must specify that they are interested in a bundle when applying for a quote. If chosen, payment for the bundle is due upon the commission being accepted. PAYMENT PLANS ARE ELIGIBLE for bundles, however it does require at least 50% down payment.

$20: Was your Tiktok banned? And do you have a backup?

Yes. My TikTok account @_neffertity_ was indeed banned. It was likely because of mass reporting, and the new AI that TikTok implemented. It falsely flagged my videos, removed them, and banned me for “multiple guideline violations”.
I have attempted to contact TikTok support, but they have refused all messages I’ve sent.
I do NOT have a backup account, so all accounts claiming to be me are FAKE.
I do have a personal account, which can be found under @._Neffertity_.

#21: Do you do shout-outs?

I do not. I find the idea of shout-outs to be rather vain and petty. Using another person to grow yourself, and forcing others to follow you just to become more popular is a very nasty behavior in my opinion. Earn your following. Don’t beg for it.

#22: How do you make furry parts?

This is probably one of the most frequently asked questions I receive. And I always explain that tutorials will be your best friend. There are TONS of resources available on YouTube to help you learn this craft, but don’t just stop at the first one you see. Some tutorials are great and filled with awesome advice! Others… Might spark a bit of knowledge. There are safe materials and techniques you can use, but there’s also some serious hazards and dangerous chemicals in this line of work. Even shaving fur can be a risk! So take time to properly educate yourself on the do’s and don’ts of fursuit making.
